We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitalist Physician to join our team at UT Health San Antonio. As a Hospitalist Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, teaching and mentoring medical students and residents, and participating in scholarly activities.
About the PositionThis is a full-time faculty appointment with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have a strong background in internal medicine and a passion for teaching and research.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients on the hospital medicine service
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents in the hospital setting
- Participate in scholarly activities, including research and publication
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
To be considered for this position, you must have an MD or DO degree, completed 3 years of an ACGME certified Internal Medicine residency, and be board eligible and/or board certified in Internal Medicine. You must also have a license issued by the Texas Medical Board.
