Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in West Allis, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and therapies as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare teams
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Current licensure and certification in Respiratory Therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
