Retail Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Cashier to join our team at Holiday Station Stores in Washburn, WI. As a Retail Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Operate a cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and break room.
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
• Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
