Job Description:

This full-time Sales Associate role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of luxury brands, and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• To sell glassybaby and accessories in retail stores, meet sales targets, and promote the brand effectively.
• To maintain store displays, adhering to glassybaby standards, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked shopping environment.
• To provide top-notch customer service via phone and in-store interactions, conveying product knowledge, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
• To operate Point of Sale systems accurately, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• To participate in promoting events, rentals, and other glassybaby services and initiatives to boost sales.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is beneficial.
• Luxury brand sales background is desirable.
