We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist to join our team at Genesis Prime Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters and assisting our providers in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required, and experience in a clinic office setting is preferred.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exams, and test results
- Assist providers with clerical duties, such as preparing orders and completing administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to clinic policies
- Participate in training and development opportunities to maintain clinical expertise and competency
