Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Biologics QC In Process Team Lead to lead our Quality Control In-Process Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of biologics products through analytical testing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading the QC In-Process Team, responsible for analytical testing, method development, and validation of biologics products.">
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.">
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.">
• Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to cGMP guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.">
• Serving as a technical expert, providing guidance and training to team members.">
• Managing budgets, resources, and priorities to meet project objectives and deadlines.">
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and clients.">

Requirements

• ">
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Control or related field, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.">
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading small to medium-sized teams.">
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.">
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.">
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory requirements and ICH/GMP guidelines applicable to biologics and pharmaceuticals.">
• Bachelor's degree in a related science or quality discipline.">

Estimated Salary

$140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
