Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to our patients. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Active Florida Intern license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $35 per billable hour.
  • Group malpractice insurance.
Work Environment
  • As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your own working hours.
  • Our offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
  • Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
  • Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
