Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls following established protocols to arrange sales appointments.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential customers.
- Document customer feedback and interactions meticulously.
- Organize follow-up communications for clients without scheduled appointments.
- Utilize scripts to reach out to customers for sales and service appointments.
- Confirm and update scheduled appointments in our system.
- Maintain the appointment board with accurate scheduling information.
- Rearrange appointments for customers who missed their scheduled time.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service Departments to verify appointment attendance and outcomes.
- Ensure customer information is current and accurately reflected in our database.
- Generate and send reminders via letters, postcards, and emails as per the established timeline.
- Engage with customers responding to online inquiries.
- Follow up on internet leads through email and phone communications.
- Notify relevant departments of scheduled appointments.
- Assist with additional tasks as required.
- Achieve or surpass monthly performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with scripted communication and customer engagement strategies.
- Exhibit a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude during initial customer interactions.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and general computer skills, with a focus on data entry.
