RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Far Rockaway Center, a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Far Rockaway, New York.

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the sub acute unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
• Mentor and coach less experienced nurses, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical and leadership skills.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the highest level of care for residents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and provide exceptional care.

• Current State RN License
• 3+ years of long-term care experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
