Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise, sustain, and improve the company's Quality Management System

  • Create procedures and documentation for regulatory adherence
  • Provide quality and ISO training to internal personnel
  • Ensure the application of organizational systems and training
  • Address audit discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Advise Department Managers on ISO9001 knowledge and training
  • Engage in contract review processes for projects and purchase orders
  • Carry out tasks related to quality management systems and business functions

Essential Qualifications

  • Expertise in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015, and/or AS9100 standards
  • Excellent organizational and communication capabilities
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in leading teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Ability to meet project timelines and manage financial aspects
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and internal teams regarding project progress
  • Identify challenges and suggest solutions to ensure project schedules are adhered to
  • Document and revise processes based on previous experiences

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ISO 9001, AS9003A, or quality management
  • Proficient in technical computer skills
