Job Overview

Shift Timing: 7pm - 7:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule (with alternating weekends off)

This role involves operating various injection molding machines to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet the required standards for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve production efficiency as per established benchmarks.
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure products are free from defects.
  • Prepare products through deburring and cleaning processes to align with quality standards.
  • Package products according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
  • Provide accurate reports on production and scrap counts at the end of each shift.
  • Communicate effectively with the previous shift to gather essential job-related information.
  • Report any issues to Team Leaders and supervisors promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate is mandatory.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including prolonged periods of standing.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Capability to lift heavy items regularly.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds consistently.
  • Ability to stand, squat, walk, lift, push, and pull for extended periods, up to 12 hours.
