Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (plus commission/bonus)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, educating customers about insurance options, and working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish Highly Preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
