Job SummaryTo provide exceptional guest experiences by attending to the beverage needs of our patrons in a timely and courteous manner.
Responsibilities- Set up the bar area, unlock liquor, prepare glassware, and arrange juices and garnishes.
- Take drink orders in the correct sequence to maintain optimal service levels.
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests while adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of beverage controls.
- Process guest checks and collect cash in accordance with established protocols.
- Manage issued banks and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare liquor requisitions and supply lists.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Be flexible with scheduling and adapt to changing demands.
- Report to work on time, dressed in proper attire, and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and internal standards.
- Conduct cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about hotel operations, policies, and procedures.
- Assist colleagues as needed to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and respond accordingly.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Secure cash and valuables when leaving the bar area.
- Report any unusual incidents or guest requests to management.
- Offer exceptional guest service by greeting patrons promptly and providing attentive support.
- Stay aware of guest feedback and contribute to achieving high guest satisfaction scores.
- Hold a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and meet approved driver requirements (if applicable).
