Assistant Shop Manager

Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our shop by providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an elevated experience for all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Partner with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards and support the team in achieving their goals.
  • Be a positive representation of the Floyd's 99 Barbershop brand, embodying our values and culture.
  • Ongoing support of Barbers and Stylists to build their business, providing guidance and resources to help them succeed.
  • Cultivate an environment where education and improvement are encouraged, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Active participation in recruiting efforts, helping to identify and attract top talent to join our team.
  • Effective communication of company updates to the team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
  • Month End, Inventory, and Purchase Order management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience behind the chair as a Barber or Stylist in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Passion for building and promoting a culture of service and teamwork, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Active Cosmetology or Barber license in the state of employment.
  • Full-time availability, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the shop.
