The Clinical Pharmacist role at UCHealth is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include ensuring medications are prescribed, accurately dispensed, and administered according to best practices. Additionally, you will provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy and state licensure as a Pharmacist. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
