Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Wash and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and food preparation surfaces to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal in designated containers.
  • Assist with banquet setup and front-of-house preparation, including loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and equipment as needed to support kitchen operations.
  • Comply with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
