MERCHANDISE HANDLER AND SALES ASSOCIATE

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise Handler and Sales Associate to join our team As a Merchandise Handler and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.\
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain visual merchandising standards, including floorsets and fixtures, to create an engaging and appealing store environment.\
  • Stockroom: Receive, process, and manage inventory accurately and efficiently.\
  • Communication: Collaborate with sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain store operations.\
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Identify and report potential security risks and contribute to maintaining a secure store environment.\
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including training and development programs.\
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.\
