Nursing Professional for Hill Country

We are seeking a Nursing Professional for Hill Country who will play a vital role in our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider dedicated to the development of our colleagues.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Nursing Professional, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of patients, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers. Document administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and notify providers accordingly.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating their needs.
- Teach patients about their medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License in the state
- No previous experience necessary
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment
