We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Hopkins and Company. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

• Beverage Expertise: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Bar Operations: Set up and maintain a clean and organized bar area, restock supplies as needed, and assist with beverage and dining orders.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the front-of-house team to provide exceptional guest service, handle guest concerns, and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Guest Interaction: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, taking the time to understand their preferences and make recommendations.
• Adaptability: Be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing situations.

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant bartending experience.
• Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand for long periods, move and lift heavier products, and work in a fast-paced environment.
