Job Summary

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all real estate transactions, attracting and educating new tenants, investigating and resolving tenant complaints, updating and improving properties to increase return on investment, ensuring all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion, supervising and training property staff, and enforcing property and associations' rules and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Attract and educate new tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment, implementing cost-effective solutions and enhancing property value.
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train property staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, staff, and management.
