  • Demonstrate active participation in unit and facility activities to achieve department and facility goals, as well as quality initiatives.
  • Demonstrate competence in performing critical skills, providing care that meets the age-specific needs of the population served.
  • Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, HUCs, Techs, and sitters.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and safety standards, completing required education assignments annually, and working towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives as requested.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
  • Tennessee RN license, with CPR certification.
