Job Summary

We're hiring paramedics who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a difference in our communities. As an Emergency Response Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing each call situation, utilizing advanced medical equipment, and leading the paramedic team.

Responsibilities

  1. Ambulance Operations: Drive the ambulance safely and efficiently to respond to emergencies.
  2. Paramedic Team Management: Lead the paramedic team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  3. Patient Care: Provide high-quality medical care using advanced equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV fluids.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, loved ones, and other healthcare professionals to provide information and assurance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • State Paramedic License and BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
