We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EMT/Paramedic to join our Corporate Occupational Health Services team in Reading, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing onsite support for our manufacturing facility, working collaboratively across various functional teams, and educating others about safety standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Injury and Illness Case Management and Safety, including OSHA record keeping.
- Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools.
- Provide on-site evaluation and treatment of minor non-occupational medical conditions, primarily using first aid measures.
- Check and monitor vital signs and biometrics.
- Must have an Associate's Degree.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to understand some Spanish, with bilingualism preferred.
- Minimum of two years of case management experience.
- Occupational health experience is a plus.
- 401K with 4% employer contribution and 100% match on the first 4% employee contribution.
