Job Overview: We are looking for a committed and skilled Bilingual Mortgage Loan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing complex loans, including bond loans, and possess outstanding customer service abilities. This position requires effective communication with clients and a solid understanding of financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage mortgage loan applications from initiation to completion, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
- Handle intricate loan types, including bond loans and other challenging loan structures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear, effective communication with borrowers, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Examine and interpret tax returns, income documents, and other financial records to assess loan eligibility.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company policies throughout the loan processing cycle.
- Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and other team members to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan files concurrently and meet established deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex loans and bond loans.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong capability to read and interpret tax returns and other financial documents.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be located in the Mountain Time Zone.
