  • Perform radiographic imaging procedures, including positioning patients and selecting technical factors to produce high-quality images.
  • Position and move patients safely and efficiently to complete radiographic procedures.
  • Process radiographs, ensuring accurate patient demographic and examination information.
  • Utilize computer systems to enter and access patient information, update procedure status, and manage billing.
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phones, completing patient records, filing, and scheduling.
  • Assist patients with mobility and positioning as needed.
  • Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively, adhering to radiation, electrical, and mechanical safety protocols.
  • Provide direct patient care duties within the scope of practice, utilizing proper infection control techniques.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of Florida.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients safely.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of radiology information systems.
