Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to new driver associates, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Teach and Evaluate: Deliver comprehensive training programs, evaluating driver performance and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
  • Hands-on Training: Conduct in-truck training, covering critical components such as safety, hours of service, trip-planning, and workflow.
  • Safety Advocate: Act as a safety champion, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility within the organization.
  • Driver Retention: Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging driver retention and career growth.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A License: Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • DOT Physical Card: Hold a valid DOT physical card.
  • Driving Experience: Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
