**About the Position:**
Job OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Developmental Aide to join our team at Total Care ABA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, collect data on their progress, and collaborate with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. **Responsibilities:**

• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection methods.

**Requirements:**

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
