Pinsetter Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Pinsetter Mechanic to join our team at Santa Clara Development Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bowling center's mechanical and electrical systems.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain all mechanical, electrical, and computerized scoring equipment, lane dressing equipment, and lane monitoring equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain bowling lanes, approaches, foul lights, and pins in the bowling center, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
• Record Keeping: Complete daily stop sheets and maintenance records to track equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Guest Service: Provide cordial reception and prompt, courteous service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and casino staff to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, exceeding guest expectations.
• Quality Control: Participate in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation in all areas of the bowling center.
• Problem-Solving: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and take immediate action to resolve issues.
• Knowledge and Training: Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of company rules, regulations, and controls, as well as participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Technical Skills: Possess knowledge of common tools and experience in operating, maintaining, or repairing equipment or machinery.
• Education and Training: Hold an occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, and/or on-the-job training.
