Leisure Center Service Representative

Job Summary
The Leisure Center Desk Attendant is a key member of the Pyramid Global Hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to guests and members of the resort. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests and members with entering or exiting the building, accessing facilities, and providing information about the resort.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and pleasant manner, directing calls as needed.
- Check in guests and members, either manually or using the EZ Facility system.
- Redirect non-members and non-guests in a polite and firm manner.
- Assist with purchases using the Silverware system.
- Help the Supervisor/Manager with facility reservations, daily inventory, and record-keeping.
- Contact IT or maintenance for assistance with facility maintenance and repairs.
- Support Conference Services with event setup and coordination.
- Maintain the Leisure Center movie schedule and ensure the facility is clean and organized.
- Assist the Housekeeper with tasks such as towel maintenance, vacuuming, dusting, and glass cleaning.
- Ensure the hampers and garbage are emptied at the end of each shift.
- Monitor the pool and fitness area, and use camera monitors to keep an eye on activity throughout the building.
- Follow emergency procedures in case of an emergency or power outage.
- Know and follow the Opening and Closing procedures for the Leisure Center facility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to follow procedures and protocols, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
