Family Medicine Physician

At TEEMA Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to managing acute and chronic illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide routine and preventive care, including physical exams, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions, from common colds to complex chronic diseases.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on health management and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.
- 2+ years of experience in Family Medicine or a related field.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.
- State medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
