Licensed Practical Nurse Leader

- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency as an LPN, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will communicate effectively with our team, document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately, and ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service at all times.
