IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology strategy and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for supervising system infrastructure, building quality assurance and data protection processes, and monitoring KPIs and IT budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Communicate technology strategy to leadership and use feedback for necessary improvements and adjustments
• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships
• Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
• Track, analyze, and monitor technology performance metrics
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
• Manage phone systems, copiers, printers, and internet providers
• Buy, manage, record for documentation, licenses, and invoices for all hardware and software
• Work with compliance for cybersecurity and data management plan
• Oversee and work directly with IT company
• Responsible for set up and termination of employees
• Password management for all general software

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
• Understanding of budgets and business-planning
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership and organizational abilities
• Strategic thinking
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to train employees on technology
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
