We are seeking a skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team in Eastern Illinois. As a member of our employed physician group, you will have the opportunity to work in a traditional practice setting with a strong team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in gastroenterology and be able to perform ERCP procedures. You will have the flexibility to work independently or utilize our experienced gastroenterologist as a mentor. Our practice is located in a hospital building, with procedures performed in an adjacent special procedures area.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $580,000 with a two-year guarantee and uncapped RVU production. Additionally, you will receive a $40,000 signing bonus and a $30,000 retention bonus paid out over three years. Our benefits package includes paid malpractice, CME, relocation assistance, a strong pension plan, and comprehensive health insurance.
