LPN Responsibilities:
- Deliver bedside care and administer medications while documenting therapeutic effects.
- Monitor vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist in ensuring resident comfort.
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
- Collect samples and oversee catheter management.
- Provide wound care as needed.
- Assist in training staff as required.
LPN Qualifications:
- Current first aid and CPR certification.
- Valid LPN license in the state.
- Preferred: At least one year of LPN experience in a Long-Term Care environment.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Exceptional training and customer service skills.
- Compassionate and friendly demeanor.
