  • Serve as the primary responder to alarms and medical emergencies, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters.
  • Carry out thorough internal investigations into incidents, producing detailed and objective reports for each shift or occurrence.
  • Identify and address immediate safety concerns; respond to incidents and provide emergency first aid as necessary.
  • Keep precise records and logs as required; ensure all relevant information is communicated to the succeeding shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the company’s image and vision.
  • Optimize the use of financial resources.
  • Engage in continuous training and promote the personal growth of all team members.
  • Regularly assess and enhance operational procedures.
  • Contribute to the planning of future company initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or other relevant training that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Must hold valid professional credentials as mandated by state or local regulations.
  • Certification in CPR/AED and first aid is required, or the ability to obtain such certification.
  • A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving and criminal history record.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.

Experience, Education, & Licensure:

Compensation:

Base Pay Start Rate: $1 Shift Differential Pay.
