Position Overview
As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse in our Acute Care setting, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your nursing skills.
- Contributing to a faith-based and mission-driven healthcare environment.
- Working within a dynamic 30-bed Medical Surgical Unit.
- Maintaining patient ratios of approximately 1:5 to ensure personalized care.
- Participating in a flexible PRN schedule, including day shifts and every third weekend rotation.
- A collaborative RN who is adaptable and responsive to patient care requirements.
- Completion of an Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of a valid Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state or as recognized by the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Open to both experienced nurses and new graduates.
Minimal travel is expected for this position.
