Job Overview

As a Laser Operator, you will be integral to the production process, ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of advanced laser machinery. Your main duties will involve setting up, operating, and supervising equipment to manufacture high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and fine-tune laser machines in accordance with technical specifications to achieve precise outputs.
  • Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and production orders to fulfill product specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to guarantee machines operate at maximum efficiency.
  • Follow production timelines and meet established deadlines to ensure production goals are met.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience of 6-12 months in a related field.
  • Familiarity with CNC laser systems and other industrial machinery is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documents and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of general fabrication and assembly tools.
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and comprehension of written or verbal instructions.
Safety Considerations:

All personnel are expected to comply with the company's safety regulations to maintain a secure and healthy workplace. This position may require working in extreme temperature conditions and involves physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
