Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide high-quality patient care to seniors in a Christian environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a not-for-profit organization that has been providing housing and services to seniors for over 100 years.

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable LPN to join our team as a Travel LPN. In this role, you will have the flexibility to work at various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from your home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and no contract requirement.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Document all interactions with patients and their families in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of North Dakota
- At least 3 months of experience in long-term care, preferably 6 months
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients, families, and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
