Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes full medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off (PTO), tuition reimbursement for you and your dependents, and more.

Job Description
As a Patient Tech, you will play a critical role in supporting the nursing staff on our inpatient psychiatric unit. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with daily routines, and helping to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Your goal will be to provide exceptional care and support to our patients and their families during a challenging time in their lives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland. You will also need to have at least one year of clinical experience, such as home care, outpatient, or acute care technician experience. Additionally, you will need to hold BLS CPR certification from a reputable organization like AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
