Caregiver Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate nurse with strong leadership skills to serve as a Nurse Manager at The Arbors at Chicopee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering nursing services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a success-oriented environment that provides the highest quality care and services.

The successful candidate will have a current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License or Practical Nurse License in good standing, with at least 1 year of verifiable experience in Home Care or Assisted Living. They will also possess knowledge of aging and disability issues and excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with on-call responsibilities.
