Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inventory levels by receiving and stocking purchased products in designated locations.
  • Ensure proper labeling of products and accurate quantities on hand.
  • Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and work with sales partners to expand Lawson Products offerings.
  • Meet defined KPIs for the position.
Account Growth

Assist in generating new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product requirements. Seek and capture "spot buy" opportunities while on site and look for additional opportunities to add items to VMI.

Requirements
