Job Title: Route Service Delivery Driver Non CDL

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Route Service Delivery Driver Non CDL to join our team at BlueTriton. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residential, commercial, and retail customers, while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide premium customer service to customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Manage account information, including tracking orders, managing inventory, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing customers, achieving monthly customer acquisition goals.
  • Work safely, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safe work practices.
Requirements:
  • Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions).
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • Service-oriented with strong face-to-face sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather.
  • Ability to effectively interact with customers in a variety of settings.
  • Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lbs., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average 40-55 times per day.
  • Ability to work an average 45-hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
  • Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull and walk all day, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
