About the Job

As an Auto Damage Auction Inspector with Alliance Inspection Management, LLC, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections at a fixed third-party auction site. Your primary goal will be to assess the condition of vehicles being sold at the auction, recording any damage or repair required for various components.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and detailed vehicle inspections in compliance with client guidelines.
  • Record findings using proprietary software on a mobile device.
  • Identify and report any damage or repairs required for frames, paint, AC, radio, tires, and other components.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automobile field (e.g., body mechanic shop, inspections). Body, paint, and mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Vision abilities including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.
Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary for this position is $16-18 per hour, depending on your level of experience. We also offer competitive pay, health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and paid time-off. Additionally, you'll have opportunities for bonus incentives based on production.
