Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through conducting fitness orientations and sessions
  • Meet performance standards for conducting fitness orientations during the ramping period
  • Create and deliver customized fitness programs based on client goals and objectives
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results through goal setting and regular follow-up
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through our continuing education programs

Qualifications:



  • Nationally recognized Fitness Coaching Certification or a bachelor's degree in a related field (Certification reimbursement available for non-certified applicants)
  • CPR and AED certification required
  • Approved Fitness Coaching Certification Required
  • Passion for empowering individuals to transform their lives through education on health and wellness topics
  • Understanding of physical fitness principles and proper exercise technique
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to self-promote and network
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to adjust and operate fitness equipment

Estimated Salary: $90,000 annually, based on productivity and performance.
