Facility:
A leading non-profit healthcare institution in the Seattle metro area is seeking hospitalists. This facility features over 350 beds and serves as a trauma center.
Opportunity:
Openings available for hospitalists with a block schedule of 7 on/7 off. Become part of a well-established team of hospitalists and advanced practice providers. The ICU is closed, and no procedures are required, as the emergency department manages all codes. Hospitalists will also participate in the rapid response team. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR, and while hospitalists will rotate between day, swing, and night shifts, dedicated nocturnists minimize night duties.
Compensation:
Competitive shift rates are available for the region, along with productivity-based bonuses for additional earnings. Partnership opportunities are accessible after the second year. A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including a 401k with matching contributions, malpractice insurance with tail coverage, CME allowances, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additionally, a commencement bonus and relocation assistance are included.
