We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Physician to join our geriatrics practice at Charlestown, a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland.
About the RoleAs a Staff Physician, you will be part of a physician-led team providing high-quality medical care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in geriatric medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care to residents, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support high-quality care
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A medical degree from an accredited program
- Completion of a primary care residency program
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- A minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
- Geriatric fellowship training is preferred
