Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential. We currently have two positions available, one focused on women’s health and the other on primary care.

Patient satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to meet their healthcare needs effectively. For over two decades, we have been a cornerstone of our community, providing top-tier medical services. Our practice is characterized by a multi-site, multi-specialty approach, emphasizing patient-centered care with over 20 primary care providers dedicated to delivering culturally sensitive, efficient, and high-quality medical services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient examinations and evaluations (including physical assessments and review of relevant medical history and imaging) Annual wellness assessments
  • Order and review diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and blood tests
  • Formulate diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, treatment options, and lifestyle changes
  • Provide treatment for both acute and chronic health conditions
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate with patients via phone or email as necessary for their care
  • Manage medication refills as required
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
  • Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
  • Experience in women’s health is required for the women’s health position
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time position
Compensation:
  • Salary range: $165,000 - $170,000 annually
