Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge every customer, provide product knowledge, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized POS area.
  • Store Maintenance: Restock shelves, participate in receiving merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior retail experience, preferably in a point of sale environment, is highly desirable.

Working Conditions
