Wound Care Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN

We are seeking a skilled Wound Care Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Vibra Hospital of Northern California. As a Wound Care LVN, you will contribute to and implement the plan of care for patients with wound care needs, providing education and instruction to patients and families.
Responsibilities- Contribute to and implement the plan of care for patients with wound care needs.
- Provide education and instruction to patients and families related to the wound care treatment plan.
- Demonstrate clinical competence, improve quality of care, and promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Develop clinical expertise in wound care and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- One (1) year experience in wound care.
- Certification in Wound Care within 6 months of hire.
- Previous experience working in wound care or demonstrated interest and aptitude in wound care skills.
