Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to lead our client's 8-operatory practice in Lawrenceville, GA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a new patient flow of over 70 per month, while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and practice efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of 3 full-time hygienists
  • Develop and implement effective patient flow systems to maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with the practice team to achieve exceptional patient satisfaction and outcomes
  • Participate in daily huddles to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through strategic planning and innovation
